Established in 2020, the Manya Foundation is dedicated to empowering women and helping them reach their full potential. Led by the dynamic duo of Mrs. NeelamJha and Mr. Manisha Jha, the team at Manya Foundation has been making a difference for over a decade. We understand that true empowerment comes from education, support, and advocacy, and we work tirelessly to provide all three.

Neelam Jha , born in February 1989, is a woman of exceptional strength and resilience. Born and brought up in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, Neelam grew up in a society where girls faced numerous obstacles to succeed. From an early age, Neelam was determined to break the shackles of patriarchy and pursue her dreams.
